The Fanta Restaurant is simply an abat jour that furnishes the land of Maremma.
The story of a family's passion for good eating and good drinking.
Located on a hill of vineyards,it is easily 'visible' thanks to the large illuminated 'blue ball', the work of a famous artist, who romantically illuminates the nights of dinners and weddings.
Fanta has two facilities, Il Ristorante and La Merendoteca,an adjacent structure that offers sunset aperitifs on the Gulf of Follonica,in complete relaxation.

THE MENU
The menu is spread over 35 courses that enclose both tradition and innovation and varies according to seasonality. Particular attention is paid to the choice and respect of raw materials, to the authenticity of the products, to the particular cooking.
THE HALL
The room is curated by Marco, an expert sommelier, who with mastery and innate vocation,
he takes care of the combinations with dishes and tasting of fine meditation wines.
THE KITCHEN
The cuisine is led by chef Nicola who, with his brigade of young and international boys, offers daily traditional dishes revisited and presented respecting the modern evolution of Maremmana, Tuscany, Italian cuisine, not disdaining the cultural influences and products, the spices of the territories of the whole gastronomic world.
PASTRY
The Pastry shop is curated by Clarissa, who with a lot of passion and professionalism offers innovative desserts with traditional ingredients and from all over the world. Make and customize sweets and cakes for any event.
