The'Erresse Dolciaria was born in the early 80s,thanks to the resourcefulness of its founder, strong experiencegained in the surrounding confectionery companies.
The project begins in a small laboratory under the house; the success of the company and the consequent increase in demand led, in 1995,to the decision to build a larger factory.
In 2010 the company was sold to the young and enterprising brothers Giacomo and Gianluca Buccella,sons of the well-known entrepreneur Giovanni, owner of the Burresi Bakery.
Thanks to Giacomo's experience in the commercial sector and Gianluca's experience in the production sector, the two brothers manage to cross the borders to their brand,making themselves known even abroad thanks to their flagship product: the breakfast cantuccione.
In 2015 the company decided to give a boost to its productivity, making more and more space in the Italian confectionery market. To do this, it is necessary to increase the production space again; hence the decision to acquire a new building and, at the same time, to enlarge its product range.
In 2019 a new brandis acquired: Stefani,famous for its dark chocolate hazelnuts covered with toasted hazelnuts.
