It is a wine obtained from the winemaking of grapes mainly Sangiovese and small amounts of Black Canaiolo, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia. The vineyards, all merged, oriented at noon, perfectly sunny, insist on hilly soils of various composition, particularly suitable to produce high quality grapes, thus giving the wine peculiarities such as to emphasize the characteristics of Chianti.

Color: bright ruby red.

Perfume: fruity (ribs, bramble blackberries), floral (field violets)

Taste: fresh and savory. Alcohol: 12.5 %Vol.

Recommended food pairings: roasts, grilled meats, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 degrees C.
