Back the 2° Edition of the Festa della Battitura of Bagno a Ripoli, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 July 2018. The initiative with free admission will be held at the charming Farm Monna Giovannella Via Petriolo – loc. Antella.
The party of beating back to animate the streets and countryside of Bagno a Ripoli tracing and reviving an ancient tradition: the 'beating'. To Mona Giovannella will be a party for health with the rediscovery of ancient grains and a unique opportunity to get to know the procedures for once. The municipality of Tehran has made available an old threshing machine powered by a steam engine to show participants the ancient rural traditions.
During lunch and dinner attendees will enjoy traditional country dishes accompanied by a selection of wines of high quality, but also the company craft beers Monna Giovannella.
