Giovanna will guide you discovering flavors and craftsmanship of traditional Tuscan cuisine, with a focus on the preparation of fresh pasta in all its secrets and in various sizes to create a rich menu consisting of seasonal ingredients and organic.

After the Tuscan cooking class you can taste the specialities for dinner.

 

The price includes: a Tuscan cooking class in "laboratory" on Via Postignano # 6 in Fauglia, near Pisa a dinner to taste the dishes prepared
