It's Tuscany meets Antonia Arcenni, daughter of the current owner of the farm Arcenni Tuscany, producer and breeder of snails in Capannoli, in the area of the Alta Valdera.

Antonia, with her mother and father, is dedicating herself completely innovative, organic and natural farming.

The whole thing took off from dream of head of household: build a snail farming that was unique in its territory. Thanks to its determining the dream became a reality and materialised in 2016.

It was the passion for nature and the biological family to unite Arcenni in a project detail: in about 25 acres of Arcenni Tuscany achieves a ad hoc production according to market demands.

The secret of the quality of the final product passes mainly through plant power control of the snails, which happens with carrots and green sunflowers deprived of feed, pesticides and chemical additives. In addition, habitat has been reproduced to allow snails to respect its own lifecycle.
