Friday, March 29 in the company of excellence of Giovannini Tartufi at ristorante Il Frantoio

Friday, March 29, starting at 20:00, will stage a dinner of excellence organized by Chef Simone Acquarelli of the Ristorante Il Frantoio, made of truffles to Giovannini Tartufi.

For the occasion, to all guests, will be presented a menu that focuses on black truffle and truffle marzolino. From appetizer to dessert, a proposal that will suit all tastes. To start cod fish, vegetable and potato wafer caviar; Besides a millefeuille potato with chicken liver raoyale. Continue cappelletti and calf before ending with cake. All fresh truffle Emanuele Giovannini.

The price of dinner is €48.00 per person including water and coffee included.
