The Fattoria Tassinaie, from seed to plate, is a small company, Biodynamics, reality land located in Tuscany Castellina Marittima excellence in the province of Pisa.

The specialties manufactures are the result of a biological processing and an authentic passion that takes care of every step of the production of sauces and condiments , from harvesting to genuinepreparation.

Delicious Tuscan specialities that derive from sustainable production models where the crops are deprived of the use of chemicals or medicines, even those that are permitted by the disciplinary biological.

The harvesting and processing take place during the day, without the use of cold storage on what is already in the evening everything is carefully pasteurized.

Simple but tasty recipes therefrom, with a particular regard to those of Tuscany, revisited occasionally in light of new knowledge.

  • Pate: artichokes, fennel, asparagus, Sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, Thistles and dried tomatoes;
  • Vegetable sauces: rustic, white onion and nuts; with leeks, eggplant, Zucchini, rustic rustic rustic wild broccoli,
  • Oil: artichokes, Sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant, Zucchini and peppers;
  • Tomato sauces: olives and capers sauce vegetarian sauce, tomato sauce, salsa all'Arrabbiata to odors from the garden;
  • Pumpkin and chestnut puree;
  • Pests: pesto with aromatic herbs, with 5 herbs and sprouts with black cabbage:
  • Jams: figs stuffed Calabrian, blackberries, apricots, quinces, red onions and balsamic vinegar
  • Jam of bitter oranges with oranges grown in pots

 

A philosophy that combines the values of nature and genuineness keen to preserve the unique taste of Tuscan cuisine.
