In Volterra, in the charming medieval city back Volterragusto. On 27 and 28 October and throughout the first weekend of November back another event dedicated to white truffles, with the celebrated view market where producers provide their Excellencies and where you can taste and buy wines , the new oil, and cheese.
Select the Mostra Nazionale del tartufo Bianco means going necessarily discovering San Miniato. Starting from Saturday, 10 November 2018, for three weekends, there will be exhibition areas, thematic meetings and gastronomic tours discovering its flavor and its best combinations across the country that will be visited in the most hidden corners.
On 10 and 11 November and the following weekend, another opportunity with the White truffle market of Crete Senesi in San Giovanni d'asso. A veritable feast that even on this occasion offers the best products made in Tuscany: from wine DOC Orcia pecorino, passing through the oil and the honey produced at Km0 pretext to dive to discover the Tuscan hills
Small Tuscan villages, big autumn events
To walking village Balconevisi from San Miniato is staged the white truffle and Mushroom Festival. During the third weekend of October, the festival offers a range of local dishes based on products of the underbrush: mushrooms and of course the truffle.
In Palaia space at the Chestnut Festival, white truffles and wine novo, where Sunday 28 October you can enjoy the best typical Tuscan specialities in autumn, near Pisa.
