A SMALL MEDIEVAL TOWN IN THE MOUNTAINS
In the middle of the Limentra Valley, Sambuca links its past with the events that made it the protagonist during the battles in the medieval age. On the border between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany at the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, Bologna became interested in this area with the intention of annexing it.
