The Becagli sauce is velvety, delicate and creamy like a classic mayonnaise but it is completely vegetal and has all the benefits of Spirulina Fesca seaweed, rich in proteins, vitamins and antioxidants. It can be used to enrich vegetarian or meat-based dishes such as boiled or carped... Try it on toast or to flavor your salads.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil 53%, water, fresh Spirulina 10%, lemon juice from concentrate, sugar, wine vinegar, modified cornstarch, salt, mustard seed, stabiliser: gum of Xanthano.
