THE VILLAGE THAT HOSTS THE TYPICAL PRODUCTS OF VAL D'ERA

The village was inhabited since Etruscan times, but knew a strong development during the middle ages. Its strategic position between Volterra and the metalliferous hills, with their deposits, made a rich and interesting place for the many Radicondoli Tuscan families that once lived there.
