The days include appointments with the best international operators in the gastronomic world. March 10 and 11 hours are: from 9.30 to 14.30, 12 March from 9.30 to 16.30.
But not only. The Pitti event extends outside the fair, with the "Out of Taste", in Florence, such as restaurants, pubs and pizzerias throughout the week are involved in a full program of events of taste.
