Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature at 17°C. Permanence "sur lie" (on lees) for 30 days Maturation: 4 months in steel Aging: 1 month in the bottle
WINE
Tasting: son of the sea, Vermentino is a vine that is formed and compacted in reduction. Wine that brings in the glass the salinity of the sea. Green color with straw reflections, crystal clear and bright, to the floral nose of wisteria and acacia, orange flowers and lemon. In a salty, fragrant, modern, queer, fresh, light citrino and frank and sharp finish. Grades 13
AT THE TABLE
In our "Villa di Nozzole" we like to combine it with pappardelle with fake sauce and pecorino cheese, but also seafood, Mediterranean salad, fish in summer dishes, only as an aperitif.

Fun facts: Vermentino is the main grape variety of the Mediterranean Sea. It is born on the sands and for this reason it best expresses the mineral notes
