Description: Organic vegetarian ragù (Bolognese Sauce) requires a long preparation. It starts with making the tomato sauce, under vacuum. This is followed by the preparation of a mix of freshly picked vegetables: onions, eggplants, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and it is cooked at low temperature with olive oil and aromatic herbs.

The result is a different sauce, which meets great success, and can solve an impromptu dinner.

Excellent especially with tagliatelle, spaghetti and spelt or rice salad.
