It is among the vineyards and hills of the medieval village of Montespertoli that the company Mosca Francesco has been producing for more than 40 years, in an artisanal way, the delicious Tuscan porchetta of Chianti.
The family firm run by Francesco and his wife Antonietta, him grandson Deborah and sister-in-law Lucia is dedicated with passion and dedication to achieving high quality products with a processing carried out exclusively by hand.
The porchetta produced in the laboratories of the company strictly follows the traditional Tuscan recipe and is richly flavored with only fresh garlic, salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, coriander and fennel, finally baking in the oven to 210° C for almost 6 hours.
No preservatives, and no added chemicals but only a preparation made with love and sweet-smelling herbs.
The raw material used is selected and high quality, only meat of pigs born and reared in Italy, chosen with the characteristics that allow to obtain a final product with a unique taste.
