At the XXVIII edition, the Festa Medievale di Monteriggioni returns for two weekends (from 5 to 8 and from 13 to 15 July 2018). The start the weekend of 6-7-8 July 2018 with a large opening party on Thursday 5 where there will be a dinner with typical medieval dishes and entertainment during the course.
On 6 and 7 July the lovely town of Monteriggioni will host the German band Corvus Corax, known for playing medieval music with period instruments.
The second weekend of July 14-15 instead will be the turn of Rota Basis, emerging Italian medieval music group.
Plenty of room to craftsmen engaged in proposing faithfully the ancient crafts and entertainment activities for adults and children. For those who want to take a dip in the past in style there is also the possibility to rent medieval clothes by calling the following number: + 39 3392472151.
