It is a territory that stretches between Liguria and Tuscany, comprising the northern part of Emilia Romagna, always the subject of contention between the late medieval era. Typical products
Among the excellences of the area are acacia and "Miele di castagno DOP" and "Patate di Zeri", an old tuber from the late 1700 's. Delicious typical local table are "Testaroli", considered one of the oldest types of pasta, made from a mixture of water and flour barbecued and served with pesto of Lunigiana or simply with a drizzle of olive oil and cheese.
