The Felcetone is a farm surrounded by woods and chestnut trees in a protected landscape area. Extends on the slopes West of Mount Amiata in the municipality of Seggiano and overlooks the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its strategic location allows easy access to places such as the thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo.
The owners of Felcetone, Jeanne and dyed dealing with environmental biodiversity, recovery of both animal and vegetable endangered breeds and organic.
In 2005 they built facilities for both pet and created a structure for the hospitality and product tasting.
The certified organic farm is the pilot centre for the recovery of a breed that you had multiple tracks the black pig "Macchiaioli Maremmana". Also, are reared breeds like the goat of Monte Cristo, the ancient Maremma horse and sheep sopravissana.
Stopping at Felcetone you can see a slice of authentic Tuscany, hike along the paths surrounded by nature and taste genuine products of great quality such as cold cuts, meats, chestnuts, Olive oil Seggianese and honey and jams.
