The course will take place in the kitchen of Azienda Agricola Il Mugello on Saturdays afternoon between 15 and 19. The participants range from a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 6. The course will include a brief introduction on the history of the sweets in the Tuscan tradition, the typologies, the ingredients. Depending on the time of year, the company will decide a dessert to be made with the participants, which will be communicated at the time of booking. The choice can vary between cooking desserts or biscuits.
At the disposal of the course will be provided the recipe, tools and necessary ingredients such as fresh eggs, ancient grains flour and much more. At the end of the day it will be possible to take away the product or enjoy it at the restaurant with coffee, tea or a glass of excellent vin santo. In addition, an apron will be given with the company logo as a souvenir of the day.
The reservation will be confirmed upon reaching 2 participants and must be made 15 days in advance of the chosen date.
