The course will take place at the company's kitchen on the afternoon of Saturday between 15 and 19. Participants range from a minimum of 2 up to 6. The course will include a brief introduction on the history of sweet in the Tuscan tradition, the different types of ingredients. The company will decide depending on the time of year a sweet with participants who will be notified at the time of booking. The choice can vary between cooking cakes or cookies.
Available to the course will be provided the recipe, the tools and the necessary ingredients like fresh eggs, ancient grains flour and more. At the end of the day you can take away the product or to taste it at the restaurant accompanied by coffee, tea or a glass of vin santo. In addition, you will be given an apron with the company logo as a memento of the day.
The reservation will be confirmed upon reaching 2 participants and must be made at least 15 days from the date you choose.
