The 2020 edition of the San Donato in Collina Frittelle Festival takes place on Saturdays and Sundays between January 18 and March 15. You will be able to taste the famous pancakes prepared according to tradition: withoranges, milk, rice, sugar and raisins. The festival continues the tradition that began 30 years ago in San Donato in Collina, a small hamlet between the municipalities of Bagno a Ripoli and Rignano sull'Arno.
The festival's food stands are open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
