This jam is produced with figs harvested in garfagnana orchards.
It is excellent in breakfasts based on bread, butter and jam.
It can also be used to prepare delicious sweets such as tarts and shortcrust biscuits.
It lends itself to being perfectly combined with cheeses,both seasoned and fresh.
Ingredients: Figs, sugar, lemon juice. Gelling: pectin. Fruit used 60g per 100g of finished product. Total sugars 55g per 100g of product.
