This oil is produced from a single olive variety: Frantoio.

The monovarietal extra virgin olive oil has been appreciated on several occasions by tasters who have recognized the highest quality of the product.

The oil is presented with a very low acidity and, on the smell, rich in very intense fruity fragrances.

To taste, the oil is spicy and with a slight artichoke aftertaste that makes it unique.
