The varieties cultivated are those typical of Central Tuscany: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino. About ten thousand trees, among centuries-old olive trees and new plantations, surrounding the medieval village on an area of 40 hectares, with terraces that go down to the valley.
A distinctive element of the Tuscan landscape, a thousand-year-old heritage that the Castelfalfi Estate has been able to collect and interpret in its best form.
