Immersed in a magical atmosphere, in the kitchen of a historic villa, you will live a unique experience.
You will learn how to cook three types of homemade pasta, each with its condiments, to have at the end the satisfaction of consuming the food you have prepared.
The dishes of the Tuscan and Italian culinary tradition: tagliatelle al ragù, nastri toscani of egg pasta seasoned with meat sauce, vegetables and tomato; gnocchi al pomodoro prepared with flour and boiled potatoes, and finally the orecchiette with pesto, a particular semolina pasta dressed with the typical cold condiment based on basil, pine nuts or almonds and parmesan.
With a few ingredients you can repeat the preparations you learned also at home with an excellent result.
