Cooking in Florence was founded in 2010 by the passion for good food and the best ingredients of Laura and Gianluca.
Headquartered in the historic center of Florence, Cooking in Florence is a combination of feelings and emotions expressed in the seasonality of products and in the pleasure of satisfying Diners with ideas tailored.
The two owners come from different locations but with the same goal: have fun and entertain you in the world of food. Their main goals are to convey the enthusiasm for cooking and respect for ingredients, pamper the palate and bring the traditions of traditional food.
Born in 2018 "ideal" laboratory of Cooking in Florence a perfect environment to develop creativity and research. Houses inside culinary events, corporate meetings and private cooking classes and wine tastings.

Born and raised in Florence, where he lives with his family. Laura's passion for cooking comes in the kitchens of grandmothers, from which it is inspired. His culinary art is based on traditional family recipes, which combines with fancy tastes wisdom, not to mention the influences of the Mediterranean diet.
Laura has worked in various restaurants, up to the creation of the company "Cooking in Florence", which in its growth today embraces a new project, in the company of a fellow enthusiast like her: Gianluca.
Born in Fiesole, does not follow any vocational school, other than the experience in the various cuisines of the world. In fact, he doesn't consider himself a chef, but more a craftsman of his profession.
Florence, Barcelona, London, Ibiza, Sidney and Antibes (France), are just some of the locations where Gianluca has worked to fulfill the job of chef at the Myo (restaurant Pecci Museum).
Today embraces this new Florentine project, together with the esteemed colleague.
