The Livorno's traditional dish, returns to be celebrated June 2018 15-16-17 in "Caciucco Pride" of Livorno.
During the event are possible tastings "on the road" with small tastings in squares and shops in the Centre. Expected a Caciucco lab, during the weekend of 16 and 17, that will teach how to prepare caciucco and how to combine it with wines, during the interactive cooking workshop set up in the structure of the Livorno Aquarium.
Dedicated workshops for children to learn to appreciate the tasty fish dish and others to engage in the preparation of fresh pasta and fish balls.
Scheduled guided tours to discover the beauty of Livorno, from the Medici port to the House of Modigliani, up to Jewish sites and tours of churches of the city.
