Azienda Agricola Il Peraccio is an ethical and organic farm located in Pelago, just outside Florence, on the Florentine Chianti hills.
The company produces high quality oil and wine since 1968. Initially, production was destined almost exclusively for consumption in the renowned family restaurant "Cammillo", located in the historic center of Florence.
For about ten years, the Masiero family, always attentive to the environment, has embraced the values of organic farming, thus improving and expanding its products.
The farm Il Peraccio was founded on the genuine principles of the Tuscan country tradition and the knowledge is handed down from generation to generation: red and white wine, for example, is made following the ancient recipe of the Chianti Classico of Bettino Ricasoli.
Recently, the farm has given life to a thriving farm holiday, restoring the apartments in the building adjacent to the structure (called Castel Sofia) and starting the restaurant "La saletta di Francesco", a welcoming environment where you can taste the products at Km 0 of the farm.
