The farm and the farmhouse Il Grillo is a young company, born about three years ago to discover the genuine heart of Garfagnana, with intense flavors that earth offers, focusing on a varied and totally organic production.
Stefano devoted himself with tireless passion to the production of two of the prince's products, spelt and chestnuts, from which is derived the delicious flour which possesses excellent organoleptic properties being rich in protein, fiber and vitamins.
The Azienda Agricola Il Grillo, also offers the opportunity to taste their products with a catering service which recreates the traditional recipes of the territory reinterpreted in a contemporary way. Flavors and fragrances are always new depending on the season, to the creativity and imagination of the owner which creates daily combinations that even surprise the most demanding palates.

In addition to enjoying the goodness and genuineness of artisanal production at zero km in the Farmhouse, guests can then buy them in the "Bottega del Grillo", the shop attached to the restaurant, where the famous Garfagnana chestnuts, the extra virgin olive oil olive, various jams, chestnut, spelled and wheat flour and the ever-present chestnut or spelled cantucci and many other organic products.
