In its two hectares of vineyards, the Azienda Agricola Castellinuzza, cultivates the vines of Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo, according to the strict disciplinary of the Chianti Classico. Here the exposure of the vineyards, placed on the top of the ventilated hills and sunny from dawn to sunset, gives the ideal microclimate for the birth of fine grapes. The heat of the day and the coolness of the night favor the exaltation of the aroma of the berries, giving it the fruity taste of iris and mammola that characterizes the wine of Castellinuzza.
