The La Striscia Farm is a harmoniously laid accommodation facility in the Aretine Hills. Owned by the Occhini family, it covers an area of 14 hectares of vineyards exposed to the south and registered to DOCG Chianti.

Its strategic location makes it easy to reach the centre of Arezzo and allows you to have all the conveniences available, from the supermarket, to the shops, to the wine bars and much more.

The estate, the original summer residence of the Occhini family, is run by Alexandra La Capria,daughter of the well-known theatre and television actress, Ilaria Occhini, along with her husband Mete Nisari, a prominent successful architect in Istanbul. Together they restored and transformed the Farm into 4 apartments and 3 suites with a refined taste and full of charm. These, characterized by colors and warm colors, overlook the garden of the 16th-century architecture structure. Each apartment is furnished with antique furniture in perfect Tuscan style and finished with the ancient mirrors of the manor house.

The farmhouse located inside the Farm is home to the Alexandra Loft Restaurant, which offers the opportunity to dine and experience a unique dining experience surrounded by an intimate and familiaratmosphere.
