Red Orcia wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes,entirely produced on our farm through a certified organic viticulture. Fine and elegant, it is the typical expression of the territory in the heart of Tuscany. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously thanks to the sole action of indigenous yeasts in special concrete vats from France. After malolactic fermentation in steel vats, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in barriques,tonneaux and small 10/15 hl oak barrels, coming from France and Austria.
