VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vinification and maceration on pomace with reassembly and crowding for about 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in oak woods French where the wine remains for about six months and for two months in the bottle.
AGING IN THE BOTTLE: 2 months
ALCOHOL GRADE :14% vol.
DESCRIPTION: It has a bright and deep ruby red color, a complex scent with hints of cherry and blackberry, fragrant and spicy. At the tasting it reveals great concentration and elegant tannic structure, the taste is elegant and velvety with an excellent persistence.
