VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vinification and maceration on pomace with reassembly and crowding for about 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in oak woods French where the wine remains for about 6 months.

DESCRIPTION: The color is deep ruby red. On the nose it is pleasantly fruity, with hints of undergrowth fruits while the taste is full with a good tannic structure and excellent harmony.
PAIRINGS:Earth appetizers, meat sauces, white meats, roasts, fresh or semi-seasoned cheeses.
