Typical Tuscan product with 25% almonds inside. The biscuit is completely handmade: after being cut it is toasted to be golden and crispy. Ideal to with a good glass of Vin Santo.
The product is made from a dough made from wheat flour, sugar, margarine, eggs and almonds, resulting in cooking in a cyclosthermic oven.
After cooking the product is cooled to room temperature and packaged in panel-bottom bags and finished with a paper hat.
